1. Acceptance
By using LessonEye.com ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please stop using the Service. That's fair.
2. What LessonEye Is
LessonEye is a free, browser-based tool that helps educators build structured prompts for AI chatbots, which then produce lesson plans. LessonEye itself does not run AI models; it structures the input you give to services like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use LessonEye for any lawful educational purpose. You agree not to:
- Use the Service to create content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or discriminatory
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the Service beyond normal use
- Misrepresent LessonEye-generated prompts as human-only work where that misrepresentation causes harm
- Use the Service to overwhelm third-party AI providers with automated requests
4. Intellectual Property
You own what you create. Lesson plans you generate using LessonEye — prompts, outputs, customizations — are yours. LessonEye claims no ownership over your content.
LessonEye owns the platform. The LessonEye name, logo, brand, design system, code, pedagogical framework, and category structure are the intellectual property of LessonEye. You may not copy, rebrand, or resell the platform itself.
Exported lesson documents include a LessonEye attribution footer. You may keep, remove, or modify this attribution in documents you share, but the pedagogical framework itself remains credited to LessonEye.
5. AI Output Disclaimer
Content produced by AI chatbots from LessonEye prompts is AI-assisted, not AI-authorized. You — the teacher — remain the final professional decision-maker. Review every generated lesson for accuracy, appropriateness, cultural fit, and safeguarding before delivering it to students. LessonEye is not responsible for errors, bias, or omissions in AI outputs.
6. "As-Is" Disclaimer
LessonEye is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, LessonEye shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid LessonEye in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for a free service, is zero).
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable Emirate where LessonEye operates. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
